Marriage License Are Issued By The State Of Arizona
Your Arizona license can be used anywhere in the State of Arizona no matter what county it was issued in. The fee for a marriage license payable by cash or check with a driver’s license or bank guarantee card or credit card. If you are purchasing a license at the Justice Courts, they accept checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. Pay the extra fee in advance to have a legal copy mailed to you.
A copy of a divorce decree is not required. No blood test is required. You will be required to provide a government issued photo I.D. such as a driver's license to show proof of age and confirm identity. You will receive your marriage license and can be married on the same day you apply for it. An unused marriage license expires one year from the date of purchase. Both parties must be present to obtain a marriage license.
